Property Lien Search
Need to search for lien records
and information in the state of South Dakota? If so we can help you.
We can find out for you if an individual or a business may have
financial problems. If someone has a lien attached to a property
then the lien holder has all rights to that property and can also
force a sale. So if you need to make smart financial decisions than
you should use this service.
I checked the subjects credit
report and it shows no public records so are they clear? Our
answer is no as many people today know how to dispute information on
their credit file. What do you mean? Well let us show you an
example. John Doe is going to buy a car and he checks his credit. He
sees that he has a judgment, and a tax lien on file in Experian™
which is a major credit reporting bureau. So John Doe decides to
send a letter to the credit bureau and say this information/record
is not his. When the credit bureau gets this information they send a
letter to the record source (court house, or public records house)
and then they will need to reply within 30 days under federal law.
If they do not reply within 30 days then the credit bureau has to
remove this information under federal law. So now John Doe has no
public records (liens, judgments, or bankruptcies) on his credit
report. So his credit score improves and he is shown to have good
credit.
This is where we
can help. Just because the credit bureau shows no public records
does not mean there is no records. We will search these records at
the state level, as well as at the county level to find out if the
subject has any lien records.
What kind of
information will this search provide to me? Usually you will receive the following
information (If a record is located): The subjects or business lien records: Lien status
(paid or not paid), Debtors address, Debtors SSN (Social
Security Number), type of lien found (Tax lien, federal lien, etc),
Amount, FEIN (if a business) and more. We normally never release a
Social security number but we can release this if it is located in
public records. If a lien is located on the subject we can often
release the full SSN if it is located in these public records. This
information will be sent directly to your email address after your
order is approved.
