About a county criminal search and why it is better than most criminal searches?

Most places online (other businesses) will charge you anywhere from $40.00 to $300.00 for what is called as statewide criminal check. The only problem is that most counties do not report to the state level for these criminal records. So often you will get a no record found when in fact there is a real criminal record on file at the local court.

For an example the state of West Virginia has around 50 counties each one holds criminal records for thousands of people. The state level only has 3-6 counties that report back to the state level. So when you go to another company and pay alot of money you are only searching a few areas and not getting the full report that you could get here. If you are not sure which counties to search in we can also help. You would need to order a people search first to find the subjects current location, as well as past location. Then you can either search the subjects current location (county) or the last areas the subject lived in. We can normally find where the subject has lived for the last 10-20 years.

Another example is that a person is arrested for a small offence which could be an open container in a vehicle. This is handled at the lower lever court system which would not be reported to the state. So when a statewide criminal search is preformed you will not find any information about this criminal record.
